👨‍🏭 Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: 18 to 33 Years
• Gender: Male & Female
• Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI/Diploma (All Trades)

💰 Salary Details:
✅ 10th / 12th Candidates:
₹15,275 + DBT = ₹16,775

Attendance Award ₹1,000
👉 Total: ₹17,775/month

✅ ITI Candidates:
₹15,612 + DBT = ₹17,112

Attendance Award ₹1,000
👉 Total: ₹18,112/month

⏰ Overtime Benefits:
• OT Rate: ₹75/hour
• Approx earning on 12-hour duty: ₹24,290/month

🍱 Canteen Facility:
Tea + Snacks + Lunch
💵 Cost: ₹12 per day
